Confined Space - Add a Reclassification

Use the New Confined Space Reclassification form to temporarily reclassify a confined space so that a permit is not required for entry.

To access this page:

  1. Select Confined Space > Existing Files.
  2. Click the thumbnail of the confined space safety assessment for which you want to create a permit. The document preview opens.
  3. In the Related Information column to the right of the preview, click Add a Reclassification. This link is only available if the assessment can be reclassified. See Confined Space - Description Tab.
